I opened the newspaper, what a difference!

I read in one of them about the number of Mexicans in extreme poverty incremented from 26% to 28.4%, more or less an additional one million of Mexican peasants without possibilities to buy the called “basic Basket”.

The other had information about an official trip to Washington by Marta Sahagun (former First Lady) that went $86,000 over budget.

Some days ago I read how Vicente Fox had protested about alleged fraud

in1988 after the presidential elections

and in 1991, when he ran for governor in his State.

I conclude that in Mexico rule is applied according with the individual.
